Spirit Weekender Summer

with Lauren Duker and Ekatma Saraswati

May 26 - 29, 2017

Kick off summer by spending Memorial weekend away in a luxe private villa overlooking mountain vistas and Napa vineyards. Our goal is to fill up your cup with bliss so you go back to your life rejuvenated, relaxed, and happy with the tools to keep that bliss going in the real world. The retreat includes organic meals, local wine, meditation, and expert yoga instruction. We will swim under the stars and have campfire kirtan. See the full gallery.

Al fresco dining at Villa

Our retreats have the perfect balance of activities and free time. In an over-scheduled age, we leave you free to make your own plans or join a group in the morning after breakfast or in the afternoons after lunch.

Spirit Yoga Retreats has exclusive use of a 12 acre property nestled amongst redwoods, bay laurel, and olive groves.  Onsite, you can lounge at the saltwater pool or explore the grounds. We will have practitioners available if you’d like to sign up for a massage, private yoga session, or Vedic astrology reading. You can nap in a hammock, socialize, or hike, all without needing a car.

If you have a car or would like to join a group, you can also choose to adventure off site: visit wineries,  go hiking, or explore one of the amazing locations nearby. In respect to everyone’s varying desires and temperaments, we do not orchestrate offsite trips. If you are interested in joining a group, please let us know and we will connect you to other attendees.

The Mayacamas Villa is located between the towns of Santa Rosa, CA and Calistoga, CA. It is about 2 hours from San Francisco Airport and 30 minutes from the regional Sonoma County Airport.
Options for Getting to the Villa:

  • Rent a car – Great if you plan on other sightseeing or touring.
  • Shuttle & Uber/Lyft – From either Oakland or SFO take the Airport Express to the Santa Rosa Park & Ride stop ($32). From there you can call an Uber, Lyft, or cab to get you the rest of the way (30 minutes) to the Villa. Ride sharing may also be possible from the shuttle stop.
  • Ride share – Upon registration you will be asked if you would be interested in giving or receiving a ride from the airport. We will connect you with others so you can arrange to share transport to and from the airport. Ride sharing may also be possible from the shuttle stop. We recommend having one of the other options as a back up.
